Recent Projects
Campus Steam System Repairs 2016-2023 - RMF identified various repairs needed for the steam, condensate, domestic hot water and electric systems located within the campus utility distribution system. RMF was selected each year between 2016 and 2023 to perform annual contract services for the evaluation and prioritization of repair needs in coordination with University Facilities Maintenance staff. As part of these projects, RMF prepared the specific scope of work, including plan drawings, installation details, equipment schedules and specifications.
Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine - Site Infrastructure – RMF recently provided the design and construction oversight to upgrade the utilities to the new Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine (HCOM) building. Part of this project was to coordinate the relocation of existing Ohio University owned and privately owned communications and utility infrastructure within and adjacent to the footprint of the new facility. This requires close coordination with Ohio University, the City of Athens, local utility companies and the HCOM design team.
