100 South Campus Drive Graduate Student Housing

The purpose of the project is to create new graduate student housing, including amenities, to support Harvard’s continued growth on the Allston side of the Charles River. RMF is performing MEP engineering services for the project consisting of designing approximately 300,000 GSF of apartment, amenity spaces, and support functions as well as a 35,000 SF underground parking garage. The project is designed to achieve PHIUS and Living Building Challenge certifications in addition to meeting Harvard’s rigorous Green Building Standards.
