Personal Physicians at Hunt Valley

This project provides Mercy with an outpatient physicians service center in Hunt Valley with imaging capabilities. RMF provided the MEP/FP engineering services for the 21,500 SF retail tenant building.

Coordination with local reps and vendors allowed equipment to be secured in a reasonable time frames to meet the owner’s schedule and avoid/limit challenges driven by the current supply chain issues and various equipment’s long lead times.
