AIA NC Center for Architecture and Design (LEED Platinum)

This landmark project is conceptualized as building and landscape designed in one interlocking, interdependent system, deferring to the natural topography and reusing every shovelful of earth. The facility is used to house the offices of AIA North Carolina and provide exhibit space, a library for professional materials, conference rooms, multipurpose area as well as workrooms. RMF provided full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, data/telecom and LEED design for the facility. The building achieved LEED Platinum Certification through the USGBC.
