RMF provided full mechanical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services using 2018 Revit MEP. The mechanical design includes all heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning systems inside the building. RMF provided the design for the expansion of the campus regional plant, housed within RT1, with 400 tons of chilled water and 3,000 MBH of heating hot water. The design for all domestic water, storm, natural gas, waste and vent piping systems was also included in RMF's scope of work. Additionally, RMF provided performance-based design for fire protection with code review, design criteria, general pipe routing and specifications per NFPA for all fire protection piping within the building.
