Commissioning of Diplomatic Sites Worldwide

The US Government has awarded RMF three successive five year IDIQ contracts to perform commissioning and re-commissioning services at US diplomatic facilities worldwide. RMF served as the commissioning agent for new multi-building and renovated compounds in more than 30 cities around the world.

As the commissioning agent for the government, RMF provided owner’s commissioning services of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, some fire protection and life safety systems and certain building envelope systems. The scope of work included all interior building systems as well as site utilities and central energy plants.

RMF’s cleared team served as the primary commissioning team responsible for document reviews, working meetings and on-site commissioning activities. Some participants are contracted to be on site for up to ten months at a time.
