Joining RMF's Charlotte office, her role will focus on identifying opportunities to expand the healthcare client base in the southeast, leveraging her market expertise for strategic alignment. Adler is passionate about community and industry involvement, currently on Women in Healthcare North Carolina’s Board of Directors.

Andrea Thompson, PE, CEM, CHC, HFDP Hired at RMF Engineering Inc.

RMF Engineering welcomes Andrea Thompson PE, CEM, CHC, HFDP as a Senior Project Manager. Thompson joins the firm's Charlotte office with over 20 years of experience predominantly in the healthcare sector. As an AEE Certified Energy Manager, ASHE Certified Healthcare Instructor and a Healthcare Facility Design Professional, Andrea will work with a cross-functional team at RMF to deliver MEP engineering system designs that prioritize efficiency and patient well-being.
