RMF Engineering Expands Client Relations Team With Addition of Theresa King in Atlanta

RMF Engineering today announced that Theresa King has joined the firm’s Client Relations Team and will be based in RMF’s Atlanta office.

She will play a key role in driving client relations in Georgia and accelerating RMF’s growth in the Southeast region. King’s core responsibilities will include promoting RMF’s services and capabilities, driving lead generation, and positioning and teaming outreach throughout the project pursuit process to drive revenue growth.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Theresa to our Atlanta office,” said Vance Nall, Partner and Division Manager for Atlanta. “Her extensive background in business development, marketing planning, and brand strategy for construction consulting and engineering firms will expand our abilities and meaningfully contribute to RMF’s regional growth.”

King has been serving in a marketing and client relations role for over 19 years. Her business development background includes forming teams and partnerships at an international construction management consultancy. She joins RMF at a time where the architecture, engineering, and construction industry is continuing to adapt and pivot due to the impact that COVID-19 is having on building projects. “It’s inspiring to see everyone come together to face these challenges, and it’s equally exciting to join a team that values technical excellence and innovative client solutions,” said King. “I look forward to sharing RMF’s expertise in areas such as prefabrication in healthcare construction and HVAC system retrofitting in schools and hospitals, to help find creative solutions for RMF’s clients.”

RMF’s Atlanta office recently won project work for the Dental Hygiene Teaching Lab at Georgia State University’s Dunwoody Campus. The Dental Hygiene program has provided the state of Georgia with a significant number of hygienists, graduating over 1,000 students from the program since 1980. King adds that “it’s rewarding to be part of projects that ultimately influence the workforce, especially in the healthcare arena.”

King holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Mercer University. She is also an active member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services as she recently served as the Atlanta Chapter Treasurer.
