RMF’s NIST Master Plan Project Wins American Planning Association Award
RMF’s National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Master Plan project recently won an American Planning Association (APA) Honor Award for Outstanding Federal Planning.
Located on NIST’s Gaithersburg Campus in Gaithersburg, MD, the project was sponsored by the National Institute of Standards and Technology and the United States Department of Commerce. The RMF team was led by Steve McAdams and Corey Gray, who were responsible for assessing the capacity, reliability, and efficiency of the extensive underground utility distribution systems. Other contractors on the project included: Metropolitan Architects & Planners, Inc., ERG, Gorove/Slade, RC Goodwin & Associates, and Rhodeside & Harwell.
