Sandra started her career with RMF in 1999 as an accounting data entry clerk manually entering handwritten timesheet information into a database. Her passion for providing creative and unique accounting and human resource (HR) solutions allowed her to move up the ranks by continually mastering new skills in leading corporate functions for a rapidly growing organization. Today, Sandra manages both the Accounting and HR departments and is the organization’s Controller.

Sandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland a dual master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from University of Maryland University College and a master’s certificate in Human Resources also from University of Maryland University College. Sandra is a member of SHRM (Society of Human Resources) and CHRA (Chesapeake Human Resources Association).
