Krista joined RMF in 2019 and supports sourcing and recruiting efforts across the firm. She has 12 years of experience recruiting, career coaching and consulting across a variety of industries and is specifically focused on engaging passive talent.
Krista is dedicated to providing a positive candidate experience and partnering with the firm’s leaders to grow their teams with the best talent in the industry. She aims to build trust and maintain transparency with each candidate and Hiring Manager. Her commitment to align the right people to the right opportunity helps support the firm’s vision for growth.
