Building Enclosure celebrated Women’s History Month by showcasing several poignant women in the AEC industry including RMF’s Beth Crutchfield, PE, LEED AP.
Beth is a Principal with the firm and is the Division Manager for RMF’s Charleston, South Carolina office. She is also a lead electrical engineer. In the article, Beth and the other featured females discuss their professional journeys, issues women have faced in the construction fields, and advice for the next generation of AEC females and beyond on how to overcome barriers and surpass their own goals.
